Medjay

We've had two scenes of it, but I feel like they're laying it on thick with the whole weird tattoo that Rick has that apparently was non-existent in the first movie.

And that he might be a Medjay, as if that's something he wouldn't know.

Yeah.

Well, you see, that part of his body was fully covered in the last movie and he doesn't want to be.

But, like, do they have that? There are

plots.

I don't know, like, Evie's suddenly never tedious, and this is going on, and, like, he's the Medjay, and that's true, and all of them are getting, like, I know there were seeds of that in the beginning.

Right.

Egypt had been a longtime fan request, and was a pleasant surprise when its cinematic trailer was released at E3 2017, and upon its release it received broadly positive reviews from gaming outlets and players alike.

The narrative of Origins focuses on the life of Bayek Asiwa, the last of the Medjai who once protected the Pharaoh and acted as peacekeepers throughout Egypt, along with his Greco-Egyptian wife, Aya of Alexandria.

After the murder of their son Khemu by a group known as the Order of the Ancients, Bayek and Ayah set out on a path of vengeance seeking to uncover and eliminate members of the Order whose schemes threatened to tear Egypt apart.

Most of the game takes place during the civil war between Ptolemy XIII and Cleopatra VII between 48 and 47 BC, the former supported by the Order, while the latter is allied with Bayek and Aya, who in their quest for justice lay the foundations of the Hidden Ones, the earliest incarnation of the Assassin Order that would be present throughout the rest of the universe's setting.

This is Assassin's Creed Origins from 2017 for the PC, PS4, Xbox One.

So set in, uh, Ptolemaic, Egypt, this entry follows Medjay protector Bayek, who's investigating a conspiracy, the founding of the Brotherhood itself, and rebuilt the series around deeper RPG mechanics, a leveling loot system, and a much larger, denser open world than earlier series.

Developed by- Ubisoft Montreal and directed by Ashraf Ismail, and released on the 27th of October, 2017.

It was the first mainline game after the series skipped to 2016.

I know who you're talking about.

It's, I just want to say Maharajah, but that's not it.

Um, and then I love the guy playing the mummy, too.

Everybody...

Yeah.

And it w- they weren't ready for it.

Ah, the Medjai.

I remembered.
