Meagher County

It's about an hour and a half north of Bozeman, and found an old saddle shop for sale for, like, $70,000 that had a commercial Main Street space, and then I could live in the back and rent out two apartments upstairs.

So decided to make a move, um, to Meagher County, which is where I still live, and, um, at that time, I was really committed to like, "All right.

We're, we're going for this.

I'm borrowing money.

And, um, so a lot of public land, which is, which is great.

It's a town of about 900 people, and there's 2,000 in the whole county.

So it's the county seat of Meagher County.

Um, there's a lot of ag, a lot of ranching, some farming, and, um, you know, the school and the courthouse and the hospital are all, all in town as well, but it's, it's pretty small.
