So the first one is while I was at that organization, I was in charge of starting our training and development programs from scratch, and after three years we won an international award for the best training organization in the world, number 19.

Number 20 was IBM, and here we were, this tiny little construction company based out of Colorado coming in at number 19.

And so we got to go to Washington, DC, and accept this award, and he and the company paid for my husband to come with because he said, "You worked so hard for this, and it's really important for me that you have someone with you who deserves to be there with you, too, because he's such a supporter of you." So that's number one.

Number two is when I decided to leave that organization, I had just come back from maternity leave, and I realized how hard it was to have kids and not have any family around.

And so to get people into that right mindset in order to allow others to flourish is just, I know it's delicate and I know it's dynamic, but maybe you can talk a little bit about what you're doing today to help change the face of organizations, 'cause I think that'd be really, really helpful to learn and understand.
