I definitely think that is 10 Things I Hate About You Good morning.

The movie is Me Before You.

None of those are-

It's actual advice in an actual writing textbook.

And similarly, examples of films like Me Before You are also in textbooks sort of recommending them for their story structure and how they deal with disability.

So there's certainly a lot of work that the industry needs to do.

And my hope is that this tool can be used in training a new generation of writers to question some of The narratives that they have.

It really was.

For years, the mid-budget romantic comedy or, you know, the sweeping romantic drama was completely pushed out by massive superhero tentpoles and CGI spectacles.

And we are witnessing the back end of a cyclical fatigue with that.

People are just tired of it.

You instantly elevate the stakes from a modern personal crisis to sweeping historical gravity.

You add life or death scale.

The historical narrative provides the dramatic weight that the contemporary rom-com might lack.

Oh, I see.

But it hasn't really.

Recent films like Me Before You, I think that's the one where he's a posh guy and he controls her intellectual education.

So I don't like that trope at all.

And I know it's been around since Austen's time.
