McLeod Bethel-Thompson's an interesting guy to talk to.

He kind of took some runs, it seemed, at Dinwiddie a couple times this season as well.

Then he's there and you figure out a way to go about it with Ryan Dinwiddie, who I still think can be a really good head coach.

But there were decisions also that were on Ryan Dinwiddie in terms of what they did at the quarterback position for the entire year with Jake Mayer starting 12 games and then McLeod Bethel Thompson starting and Bryson Barnes going one and one late in the season, I think gives them a chance for some upside there.

But as much as we praised Barnes last week after his showing against the Argos, I believe all three of us did warn that he's going to see a much different defense in Hamilton, and that was absolutely the case.

The Ticats played like they had a potential playoff spot on the line, even though it was meaningless for them in the standings, but there really aren't meaningless football games in professional football because your job is always on the line.
