After conferring with them by phone and without going to the house, as required by law, the Justice of Peace ruled Carrie's death a suicide and did not order an autopsy.

going to do two things of note.

Tonight, I'm going to sing to benefit the United Way of McLennan County at a karaoke sing-off they have of Waco, and I'm going to put them in quotes, celebrities, you know, like people known around Waco.

So I'm going to be doing a duet with Clint Carp.

Look at you, Waco celebrity.

Reminder, a cotton plant can put a taproot down deeper into that soil profile and access some moisture.

I do expect cotton in McLennan County to yield around a bale.

Some are expecting a bale to 700 pounds.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Did get some good news earlier today that Trayvon Mitchell, who I thought, you know, another guy on the defensive line that I thought played really well against Auburn.

He had a hearing on his temporary injunction and, and a McLennan County court earlier today.

And essentially that can got kicked out to December, which now means that he'll be able to play for the rest of the season.

I know that when I did live out at Hills of Children's, every—I don't remember how often it had to be inspected to make sure it was— doing the right thing i guess

that's correct so every four months according to the state of texas um these well according to a local jurisdiction the state of texas says during the first two years these are required if you live in a little more rural county sometimes they don't require that that maintenance and service to to carry on but in mclennan county and the the counties that surround us for the most part you're supposed to have a service agreement in place on those systems for the life of the system where we come out and perform inspections verify performance function condition and then inform not only the owner of those conditions but also the permitting authority
