Grace, who's also starring in the Hunger Games prequel out this fall, returns to the patrol as Skye, the squad's fearless aviator.

And I've always admired about Skye that she's, you know, she's the smallest pup, but she doesn't let that stop her.

She's still flying around, taking to the skies, fighting crime, saving people.

It's great.

right?

Geez, I don't know.

I just feel very lucky and blessed to just be, like, even in this profession because, you know, I've been doing this since, I've been doing this for 15 years.

I've been doing it since I was five.

Tell me a little bit about that show.

Uh, it's crazy.

We did, um, a film back in 2021, I think, called Crater, and, um, it's kinda like, I think they were going- we're going for, like, a little bit of, like, a Stand By Me type of, like, group feel where it's, um, it's a group of kids that go on a road trip, but on the moon to a crater that's really significant to one of their, uh, them and their father.

So, um, it's just a group of kids, and they go on [laughs] a road trip across the moon to this crater, which was super crazy to film.

I've never shot anything that takes place, like, I don't know, in outer space on the moon.

And so we got to, like, we were in wires and spacesuits every single day.

But it was so bad because we were shooting in Baton Rouge in the summer, and we had, like, these five-layer spacesuits every day, and it was so hot.

How did it occur to you that you wanted to be an actor? Let's start with that.

of course i i feel like i mean there's always pressure with playing anything and everything because like everything you do somebody's gonna have an opinion on but particularly whenever it already comes with such a big ip and such a big fan base so i just like i don't know i'm such a big nerd and such a big book reader and so i read the book a million times over whenever i Originally, whenever I came onto it, I didn't know it was a book.

And so then once I signed on and I read the book a million times, I just wanted to do what I, as a fan of the novel and as a fan of the character Clara, would want to see on screen.

Our cast is fantastic, so stacked.
