He had a flounder.

Oh, my gosh.

And the only problem with it is... you've got to pay your toll because there's a bunch of people fishing the inlets.

I'm sure Captain Kirk Waltz will tell you that pick a spot because there's going to be a lot of people fishing those rocks at Mayport, at Fernandina, at St. Augustine.

At St. Augustine and Northeast Winding, forget it.

But the cool thing about, again, is you can come around there on Porpoise Point and, and, and, and fish all that, that whole stretch right there is, is basically a couple of miles, um, all the way to, um, Oscars, what I used to call Oscars.

It's cut in half, you know.

It really is.

If you want to, you know, get out of – out of the middle, then go north or south, whether that's St. Augustine or whether that's Mayport.

The flood tides this week have been good again.

We talked about that last week.

Carney, who is our Mayport historian, we were talking about Mayport earlier, the other day, I think it was yesterday, at his front door, he opened up the front door and he says his cats are playing with this snail.

And it's a 17-inch rattlesnake in Mayport Village, and it doesn't have a rattle yet.

So here's the question that I have.

That one is one of how many? Yeah, exactly.

So I enlisted in the Navy first.

I was a torpedoman's mate, which is a job that's not even available anymore, and I was fortunate enough to get picked up to go to the Naval Academy and came out as an officer, uh, mostly doing surface warfare, um, out of frigates in Mayport, Florida.

And that was really the start for me in project management because the way that things are structured in the military is very similar to the way that things are structured as projects on the industry side.

But at the time, I didn't really know it.
