Maynard Evans High School

United Foundation of Central Florida.

They've done so much work with the youth over at Evans High School.

And she's raised a lot of money for them to go off to college, if that was their wish.

Yes.

To be able to apply, you must either attend school in our area, 32805 zip code, or live in our area, 32805 zip code, or the Westlake communities.

So if the case is, let's say I went to Evans High School, but I lived in 32805, I could technically be eligible to apply.

Correct.

Correct.

So I do reach out to not only the Jones High School, other high schools in the area, and I ask their college career person that they have students that live in our area and to make sure they get the application for the scholarship as well.

And I visit those schools, too, just to make sure we have a connection going currently and out of our 60 scholars.

I think offhand we have three that have attended Evans High School, Evans High School graduates.

We have two now that are Edgewater graduates.
