Max Sandlin

But yeah, a lot of stuff.

When I worked for my congressman out of Texas, Max Sandlin, and he was rural only district.

I remember.

Yeah.

Who are these people? And so that's something that we've seen.

But we also did another paper, which was sort of interesting with majority minority districts, where if you move black electorates into a district with a black incumbent, now they're just as participatory because for that representation, So, you know, there's nuances to it.

But I remember Max Sandlin.

I was I was writing papers on the Texas redistricting in 2004.

Until that time, however, I must respectfully decline to answer the questions of this committee on the basis of my Fifth Amendment privilege.

And that gets this reaction from Democratic Congressman Max Sandlin.

Mr. Ebbers appeared before us today.

He took an oath.
