Bruckner with a lot of great conductors, but I have to say the one that got the sound that I think really reflects that maybe more than the others, was Barenboim.

And his Bruckner has this incredible sostenuto.

And it's the story that starts with the first note of the piece and just goes to the last note and carries you along and just never lets you down.

And it is like this idealized organ, the greatest organ that was ever created in the most resonant church that exists on earth.
