What do you see as the benefit of getting out and about and having this face-to-face strategy?

For me, that has underpinned everything.

We would not be where we are today if we weren't as active as we are from a face-to-face point of view.

As a business, we've got one KPI.

You have to meet eight to 12 people a week.

It's the only KPI.

I know loads of people have more, some people have less.

absolutely so if you were to go back well you were doing your rugby stuff weren't you 14 years ago but let's just say you were starting out now what would you do to go and get yourself a job in a business like Forge?

The nature of how much you make on each deal as every month of the year that goes, it's hard to claw that.

Yeah, absolutely.

I didn't fix them contracts into that as well.

So that's kind of what I was hoping.

And I brought two people on board really, really early on that, in my opinion, two of the best interim recruiters in the Northwest.
