But I think these are connected.

In the final chapter of your book, I found two beautiful passages that touch upon a certain theme that exists in Blanchot as well.

First, for the inhabitants of the cave, human beings, remembrance appears to be possible only against the background of forgetting, and the sun's disc always already appears to harbor darkness.

Second, where Ziverberg's work is at its most personal, that is also where it becomes the most enigmatic.

But in a way, he was doing something like that.

He reminds me a little bit of some modern writers, like more modern writers like Maurice Blanchot, who was a, also a Kafka scholar himself, but wrote a, you know, in shocking ways about the creative act of the writer being to cease to exist, to allow something else to be, that kind of very Valian way of thinking.

And again, maybe, maybe he would've gone into the more critical thinking, critical theory, creative thinking zone where it's about how do we get out of our way and allow something new to be born.

It would be nice if he, if he had maybe had an opportunity to bring about new possibilities or just, you know, maybe have another series of ex-wives, which I think is probably also likely.
