For the last year, we have been counting down 40 items on Matty's 40 before 40 list.

We are so incredibly close.

Plus, I chatted about BJ's preference when it comes to curry, and I did not, nor did Matty, expect the response we received on the text machine.

We had a realization last week, though.

Yep, Matty and I realised that we both had upgrades available.

Now, this never happens.

And if you were to ever get an upgrade, it would be on a longer flight, such as Auckland to LA.

So Matty and I thought, well, what a great opportunity.

And we may or may not have gone ahead and applied.

It hasn't been confirmed.

Yeah, and look, I don't like wasting things.

We made that awful decision when we were sober last week.

I just saw our running friend, Matty McLean, at the cafe.

And he goes, oh my God, are you doing it? He was the first one to comment on the video about us doing the half marathon with his PB.

I don't need that energy from Matty McLean.

My normal? Nah, we want brand new gear.

My normal trainers, though, are in rough condition.

Me and my friend ran our first half marathon at the end of last year in New Plymouth.

We did it in two hours and 11 minutes.

Another trip that we are putting you in the draw for is to come to California, Anaheim specifically, with Matty and myself to wrap up his 40th birthday.

Thank God, honestly.

Yep, we've been doing it all again this week.

Matty and I went a little rogue last Friday after we discovered a cheeky extra double pass to see the Queen.
