How do they help service members pick up and face the challenges that they run into?

That's probably the best answers coming from there.

But for Warrior Week, Dr. Selke was just talking about how the idea of that transitioning veteran, the loss of identity, the loss of a social status, context can be really difficult.

And in trying to navigate that coming out of the military, what's going to be the first thing that you need to do getting out of there for most folks, it's going to be to find career, right? To define and find that next stage of your life and how you're going to meet the needs of you and your family.

And so Warrior Week was designed to help address that idea of career and purpose.

And we say purpose because some of our veterans are not leaving for, they're retiring, right? And so they're out of the military and out of the workforce specifically.
