What does being a fan of women's sports and collecting women's sports cards mean to you?

I can remember a few years ago when I was the head coach of a varsity girls basketball team.

And we went and I got to know, obviously, the boys coach pretty well through that time.

And I said, you know what, we need to have like a night where we bring both teams together on the court and kind of introduce them to the fans.

And in the process of that, you know, have some competitions between the boys and the girls.

And, you know, we did some shooting competitions and some other things and just obviously having fun.

But after that night, I remember telling the girls like what you just did because they were super competitive as far as against the boys.

For

Yeah.

Um, all these sort of problems that get people thinking short-term about solving problems, that, um, you know, sort of tend toward not caring for the things they're doing as well and acting selfishly or in their own self-interest.

Um, all hinges on that being flipped backwards, which is what the brilliant insight of the church is and, and Catholic soc- Catholic social teaching.

Um, and so but for us, it was kind of like I'm looking at those sort of problems and, and realizing, and I saw it in my workplaces I was in before I started my own company, and it was the same sort of thing you're describing where it's like great people.

You know, I love my team.

We were good friends.

We did hard things together.

Yeah.

But how do you see, in your own coming to realize what the church is teaching in regards to business, how have you seen that change? or I guess maybe a better way to ask the question was that turn to the subject of work hard to say like, no, what my mission here is, is, is

And, and what I found kind of, I approached that from a very practical experience.
