Matthew Register

Like this is the kind of stuff when Waddy was here towards the end, these were the type of guys he s- got recruited here.

He got Matt Register to turn down an American League deal to come play in Toledo in 2018, '19.

He got Hensick to come to play in Toledo for the last few years of his career.

That guy could've been playing in the American League for sure at that point in his career.

And also later this hour, we're going to be joined by the general manager, Jared Johnson, who will be calling in.

But we did want to start with the assistant coach of the New Mexico Goatheads, Matt Register, calling in to tell us about the roster they've been able to assemble and getting the team ready to begin play this weekend.

Coach, thank you very much for your time, and we appreciate this morning.

I know you've got morning skates and practice and everything, so thanks for taking a few minutes with us.

So, um, but for the most part, uh, You know, usually rosters are kind of set, and you'll see a lot of the same guys throughout the

year.

Assistant Coach Matt Register of the New Mexico Goat Heads.

Coach, thank you very much for calling in to get us started this morning.
