But is there a list that you guys have that we should be mindful of when it comes to as a real estate investors?

For sure, yeah.

So I'll jump in, Michael, if I miss anything, like obviously chime in, right? But I think as you're going through the policy, one of the biggest things you want to make sure is that just jumping back real quick, is that your occupancy is listed correct, right? So just make sure what is happening in that house is actually listed on the policy, right? So it'll say student rental, it'll say duplex, it'll say single family rental.

Have that first and foremost.

So now you know that you and the insurance company are on the same page.

And then you go down from there.

So like, you want to make sure that the building is actually insured properly, right? So when dealing with insurance, we're always talking about replacement costs or construction costs.

Is that true?

It still does.

It, it still does.

It still holds up.

You know, from, from the first note to, to the last, I just think it's, it's my favorite, I think, of all time.

And so I never got a chance to meet Paul McCartney, and I had heard so much about how he was a huge fan of our dad's growing up.

He actually cut, uh, on Run Devil Run, his solo album, he cut his influential songs and, and, and the things that really impacted him as a kid, and he did Lonesome Town, although he did it an octave above our dad.

And I don't blame them.

I mean, we were a lot.

And, you know, people saw us coming after that whole scandal.

They thought we were Milli Vanilla, you know.
