Matthew J. Palm

It was really stunning.

All that to say, I agree with the Orlando Sentinel's Matt Palm when he said in his review of the show that, quote, scenic designer Grant Pricer once again displays his penchant for creating gorgeous imagery, unquote.

The Performances Also in line with my baseline expectations for the company, the performances were all great, with nary a weak spot in the principal cast.

Ye Won Joon as Cho Cho San was incredible.

Damn baritones.

Also, one of these days I'm going to spell Gabe and Grant's last name correctly on the first attempt.

Weirdly, I had the same experience that Matt Palm described of the previous night's performance, where at the very beginning the orchestra was kind of overpowering the vocals.

And by beginning, I mean like the first minute and a half, and I didn't have any trouble hearing anyone after that.
