The Centers for Disease and Control Prevention has not made the newest COVID vaccines available through the Vaccines for Children program.

The case against the man charged in the deaths of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau now has a trial date.

Shawn Higgins is charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide in the crash that killed the Columbus hockey star and his brother more than two years ago.

A New Jersey judge scheduled jury selection for December 1st, with the trial set to begin January 5th after a holiday recess.

Prosecutors say Higgins had a blood alcohol level over the legal limit when he hit the brothers as they were riding bicycles in Pennsylvania the night before their sister's wedding.

Higgins' attorneys have challenged the testing of his blood.

The Cleveland Guardians are now a half-game back of the Chicago White Sox for first place in the AL Central with a head-to-head matchup beginning tonight.
