I don't know that I've ever seen anything at that level of creativity in my life.

And so the and the the incredible frustration of the Matthew Fox character, I forget who he was, but the doctor that that that despite being a unbelievably heroic character and he is tall and handsome and strong and hardworking and true and honest and brilliant.

OK.

And yet he doesn't have the sex appeal for our girl that Sawyer does.

She is absolutely the only appropriate mate and we may be stuck on this Island forever.

And so the, and so, and then Kate also, white people will have, Kate has different criteria for mates.

In other words, and different, so the Matthew Fox's character, the doctor, could not be hammering on, I want highly intelligent, highly responsible, consistent in his interest, handsome, recognized by the village.

You can't, that guy is a caricature and it was brilliantly written and acted.

And I'll, I'll close by simply saying the two lines - these aren't the moments necessarily we still quote to this day, but looking over the transcript, I was reminded of the two moments that made me laugh the most, and I wonder how this varies for other viewers of the film.

The first one speaks to Seth Rogen and how good his delivery is, just that deadpan delivery when Heigl says, "I'm actually doing my first on-air interview today." "With who?" "Matthew Fox."

Yeah.

You know what's interesting about him?

Yep

... a lot of people, actually.

If I was Matthew Fox, poor Matthew Fox -

Delivery, um, kind of really reminds me of, of the things that Balaban was doing in the nineties.

The bullies in the movie are played by Matthew Fox and Philip Seymour Hoffman, like pre Paul Thomas Anderson, Philip Seymour Hoffman.

And, you know, I keep waiting for it to be like this moment of like, people are like both that and parents, um, to kind of get their, like, 90s reclamation project.

You're doing it right here.

There's a helicopter scene.

And if you look really closely, Matthew Fox is the pilot.

And you don't see him anymore during the movie.

So the movie drastically was changed in editing the way that you have this big actor that was supposed to have more importance on the movie, but they added him just to be a part of it.

It's going to take a second.

We got Jeremy Piven, Ryan Reynolds, Ray Liotta, Ben Affleck, Peter Berg, Martin Henderson, Common, Andy Garcia, Alicia Keys, Taraji P. Henson, Nestor Carbell, Chris Pine, Tommy Flanagan, Curtis Armstrong, Jason Bateman, Matthew Fox, Brian Bloom, Kevin Durant, And that's just the big names.

Yeah.

There's so many others.

Scene jumps to Messner and Carruthers finally getting the green light to go get Aces.

Scene jumps to this fake FBI agent, who is Acosta, trying to talk his way up to the penthouse suite, but the head of security says it's under construction.

The head of security is played by Matthew Fox.

He was the main character in Lost, and he has a bit part in this movie.

We all love it.

I totally avoided that film, actually.

I think we were working with 19 episodes last year, starting with Dane Cook.

Then we're gonna have a host, uh, Jamie Pressly, John C. Reilly, Hugh Laurie, Alec Baldwin, Ludacris with some double duty, Matthew Fox, Annette Bening, Justin Timberlake, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jeremy Piven, Drew Barrymore, Forest Whitaker, Rainn Wilson, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Peyton Manning, Shia LaBeouf, Scarlett Johansson, Molly Shannon, and then Zach Braff will close it out in May of 2007.

So a lot of really exciting shows coming up.

But there's also some, you know, secret sleeper favorites that I think that people don't talk about as much, uh, that had some really fun episodes.

So Rainn Wilson from The Office, you said his episode, uh, is really great.

Uh, Matthew Fox from, uh, from Lost, I mean, that is a huge episode.

There's so many people who were big Lost fans at the time.

Alright, I haven't seen a bus get wrecked this bad since Senior Prank Day.

But first, can we just acknowledge how crazy it is that my boy Matthew Fox, aka Jack from Lost, and Michael Weston from Burn Notice are on the same bus? I mean, we're definitely making it out the zombie apocalypse with this one.

But having said that, my boys already made some pretty big mistakes here, I'm not gonna lie.

And the first thing they did wrong was linking up with the military in the first place.

Now look, if you've got a bunch of zombies running around, I can see why sticking close to these dudes with guns would be appealing.

So the last thing we want to do is lead the whole pack straight back to the crib.

And it's not like he was defenseless either.

I mean, my boy is packing a rifle.

Except for, yeah, I guess no one.

Because I was going to say maybe Matthew Fox, but no, that was just about the ending.

Like, I don't think anyone knew.

And you know what? We don't even know if the writers knew.
