Hey everyone, welcome to more of the Mitsu's guys.

I'm here with Boo of the AxelonUnderground.com Howdy! And we are looking at Mask number 5 My, my,

my mask! Mask!

really irritated that you paid for that comic.

Yeah, I didn't want a freaking clip show, man.

You know, buy your comics, guys.

Even if you can't go to your local comic shop, go to Kindle and get them.

Quick synopsis from ImageComics.com. Scott Tracker, you are now on the Masked Network.

Matt Tracker thought he could keep his son safe from Venom.

He was very wrong.

At my quick rundown, we open in New Orleans as Matt and Dusty interrogate a recovered Buddy Hawks.

In Boulder Hill, Miles Mayhem tries to trick Scott Tracker into coming quietly, but Scott reveals he knows Mayhem's true identity.

When Rax and Warfield attack, Scott activates T-Bob, a massive defense robot built by Matt, which holds off Venom and covers Scott's escape.

Receiving an alert from T-Bob, Matt rushes to Scott's aid, calling on a recovering Gloria at Mask HQ to assist, as she is much closer than Matt.

Which, by the way, several, several states away.

Right.

Uh, that would probably be driven by a character you might know called Matt Tracker.

You're talking about Mask.

I am talking about Mask.

I'm talking about a live action Mask, Mr. Rickson.

Uh, I believe that if we can get, which I think I've almost definitely got, Matthew McConaughey to play-

You've got Matthew McConaughey agreeing to play Matt Tracker?

I have sent Matthew McConaughey an email, and he hasn't refused the part.

Now, issue five was brilliant.

Um, like I said, the development I'm talking about, and if you're, if you are reading and you're not sure what I'm getting at, it's Matt Tracker.

Now, we have seen little kind of glimpses of his sort of personality creeping out, um, in, like, multiple issues that we've seen him in, but it didn't seem as overt as it does in this particular panel, where Matt Tracker and Dusty, uh, and Dusty Hayes are basically, um, briefing or kind of, like, briefing, uh, after all of the incidents from the last issue, uh, Buddy Hawks.

Now, um, what's crazy is, like I said before, we, we haven't really got a lot of development in the characters yet.

Um, so it's ...

You know, but with Matt Tracker, we've seen him the most, so obviously we're gonna have the most, the most development.

He hasn't really come across as this sort of cold, very ...

Excuse me, very to the point sort of character yet, and we see a little bit of that when they're talking to Buddy Hawks.

So there you go.

Uh, and then of course, Matt Trakker as well, who's holding his.

Adorable.

Um, and this is a, this is a pretty sweet costume as well.

Uh, obviously it's, it's the, uh, sort of like, uh, alternate Matt Trakker, Rhino Matt Trakker, but, um, very cool nonetheless.

And, uh, yeah, big mask logo in the middle.

Lovely stuff.

Sorry.

Yeah, Revolution Prelude, which is in a remote military base, Miles Manheim observes Matt Tracker, Gloria Baker, Julio Lopez.

That has to be this, right?

Here, hold on, let me

It's just your standard mask story.

It's a way of homaging the debut of the animated series 41 years ago.

Who is your least favorite character in all of this? Because I think mine ended up being Matt Tracker.

i don't like the characters constantly i mean miles specifically is like constantly saying like uh he's effectively like running him down right it's he's like you don't have what it takes to be a leader uh he calls him out all these numerous times and then by the end of the book his own teammates are saying the same thing and right and then he even walks away from the team

All right.

Dusty Hayes, another member of the Mask network, calls Matt Tracker for help.

He's not happy, especially given their history of working together in the secret government agency, Shadow Watch.

Dusty's face was scarred in a test accident back then, and he reluctantly joined the Mask network to stop Miles Mayhem.

Basically none at all.

Just this mask on haywire, and they had to, they had to figure out how to disarm it.

And of course, you've got the last second, uh, save there by Matt Tracker.

So, you know, it was, uh, pretty standard, I think.

So I'm going to talk about it anyway.

Now, for issue seven, Scott Tracker, will you save the world? No one, not even his son, may trust Matt Tracker ever again.

Can he prove he's fit to lead the mask network? Interesting.

So if you haven't been paying attention...

Of course it's Vanessa's, the black and red hair.

Looking very dashing in that little ensemble.

Then we have Matt Tracker for issue eight, rocking the bucket hat and the sandal slides with the socks on.

Everything looks very comfortable that he's rocking actually there.
