Did you actively seek out that opportunity for that reason? Like, or was this a deliberate, or is it kinda like you bounced around and now realize you've picked up these things? Or was it, "I wanna really go into the creative..."

So I'd been, I'd been heading up, um, kitchens.

So when we, when we moved to Scotland, I took over a property there and, and, um, you know, had, like, full creative freedom and, and the food was, you know, we won three Rosette, so really quickly, and, um, that was, that was really, that was really great.

And, uh, you know, and then after that we moved somewhere in Aberdeenshire and, and again, we awarded three Rosette there too.

And with the creative freedom.

But, um, when we moved back down from Scotland, our, our idea was to, uh, was to aim for something like this.

Um, Steve actually reached out to me personally.

A cool thing about this season, honestly, was that we, I think, it was our largest writers' room.

Which wasn't big.

It was still, it was six people.

But it was, like, you know, the three of us, Toby Jones, Michelle Cavin, and, uh, Minty Lewis, all super funny people, all people who'd worked on the show before.

And so, but this time, almost more than ever I think, because we were so excited to work on this again and be together again, people were bringing their favorite things to the table and things they learned about.

So I believe Toby was really into blade games.

think he could become like a Leonard Cohen type performer.

I'm fascinated by Adam Green.

He seems to do many side projects.

I don't think they're side projects.

They're his projects.

He's somehow managed to make, I think, a really cool career out of collaborations with people.
