No, no.

It, it was a, a pretty robust sort of environment and, and what I was concerned with trying to get the respect of, you know, older players and, and so yeah, I wasn't telling anyone about any- anything.

When that changed a little bit is when I went over to, to, to England and started playing, and I was at Carlisle in the, in the second division and I wrote, I started writing then.

I was 23 or 24, and I wrote a manuscript which, which was a very, very, I, I, I guess a, a, a version of what The Final Winter was, the movie that I, we ended up making.

And I wrote a whole manuscript while I was in, in England, and there was a couple of guys there that I felt really comfortable around.

A guy called Danny Russell, who's a great mate, who played at Manly, and then had a really good career in England.
