Matt McMahon

There's only one coaching change in the SEC.

It is the aforementioned Will Wade taking over for Matt McMahon after one year at NC State.

Decided to take over at LSU again and spent a lot of time celebrating being at lsu and forgot to build a roster so we'll see how exactly that goes for lsu uh hot seat wise i think every year we've done this i think we've talked about porter moser isaac and he's still hanging on uh at oklahoma they're really dependent on the five and five um duke brennan pop isaacs bj edwards uh all guys actually no not pop isaacs uh edwards and brennan are our fifth year guys who We'll see if they get eligible.

That's a huge difference maker for them in terms of potentially getting into the tournament.

All right, third question as we look at five questions entering the SEC for the 26-27 season.

What should we expect from LSU? That is a great question because Will Wade, who is now about to begin his second tour of duty as LSU's head coach, takes the Tigers, obviously, from Matt McMahon.

And Will Wade, again, who has made no shortage of headlines throughout his college career as a head coach, now continues to make them for the roster that he's put together in Baton Rouge.

Now, this is one thing I'll say about Will Wade.

I think without those guys, let's say they don't have Dent, Clark, and a couple of the international guys get denied – Yeah, I mean, I think they're basically what Matt McMahon did.

And the question I have for you is if it backfires and Will Wade says, well, we'll start over next year.

Who cares? We've stunk anyway.

Matt McMahon at least didn't cheat.

And this team is like a sort of a reclamation project from LSU.

Like, are you bad? Or were you just coached by Matt McMahon? Not to be rude to Matt McMahon, but I think like at least as a defensive, you know, Box score, stat sheet, stuffer.

He's a useful piece.

And we haven't mentioned, like, what if Malik Renaud is eligible? We don't know.
