Matt McCusker

They pull out a piece of paper, a random piece of paper with a random word on it.

And this particular episode was with Matt McCusker, who's another comedian, and he reaches in a shoe, and I say, "Toboggan." He pulls the, the paper out of the shoe, and it said toboggan.

I just like-- I couldn't believe what was happening, and I just remember like calling my, my fiancé and just telling her what all this, all the crazy stuff that just keeps happening.

And then that day, I get...

You ever think about it?

Well, I do, because Matt McCusker has this bit about, like, if you ever just, like, see a video of yourself walking, you wanna kill yourself, and I think about that all the time.

[laughs] Yeah.

And, like, Alex Wolfe, he's really, really good at, like, locking in people's, like, mannerisms, and he would do-

So when a divorce lawyer, two comics, and a podcast host sit down together, you'd expect maybe some laughs, some light banter.

But what Chris Williamson got with James Sexton, Rick Glassman, and Matt McCusker was something completely different, almost like a brutally honest study of human nature itself.

That's a fascinating combination.

What did they actually talk about? They covered everything from marriage and attraction to comedy and celebrity.

And you can see those on his YouTube channel.

He's been on Matt McCusker and Shane's podcast.

He's been on Kill Tony, Joe Rogan, Mark Maron, Tim Dillon.

He's a very unique voice.

You could have your own horses.

I went to McCusker's house.

I'm just talking about Gardini and Butterly.

I went on the Philadelphia Comics Tour.

Apparently.

We went over to McCusker's.

He's got...

Just the most beautiful house I've ever seen.

Jared Freed was on Whiskey Ginger and also stopped by Soder.

Matt McCusker was on Modern Wisdom.

Brent Reid was on the Drunk Uncles podcast.

Anthony Jeselnik sat on The Way Back.

Oh yeah, I saw the interviews.

And it seemed like Matt McCusker, it's all these, like, comedians-

McCusker, really?

McCusker had, it was like-

Good kid.

He, uh, he's very smart, but he, like, doesn't ever wanna be wrong, and there was a podcast where fucking, what's his name? Like, Hunter Biden, Duncan Trussell, and, uh, what's his name? Uh, Matt McCusker did this podcast.

They're talking about crack, and he's like, "Dude, that's AI.

You're, like, stupid.
