You know, how can I sit here and say to you that if I bring in Gary Rowett, or I bring in Marty Cipuentes, or I bring in Ryan Mason, or who was that guy at West Brom, Eric Ramsey, I'm not going to fix this.

How can you play a team with one side missing? How can you have another season where your goalkeeper's been dropped? But this one's been dropped by November.

The manager market for a short-term replacement is terrible.

Do any of the names of Marty Sifuentes, Gary Rowett, Matt Bloomfield, Valentin Ismail, whatever the last seven Watford managers were, do any of these guys fill you with any sort of hope? Because I don't look at, you know, Blumfield to an extent, I think, is a manager that's taken over some difficult situations.

I think actually both Luton and Oxford, had he been given an extra month of the season, he probably would keep them both up.

But it takes a while for his methods to kick in.

We've lost four already out of the ten this season.

And of course, Matt Bloomfield, like we discussed last week, was sacked for less than this.

He did 11 games.

And just on the subject, the, the, the bits you, you've read out about Matt Bloomfield there, the, the eight games, right? I wasn't Bloomfield's biggest fan.

I wasn't really even a fan of him, to be honest.

The appointment was a very big surprise.

So we finished our championship season with Matt Bloomfield in post, who most of the fans, I mean, even though the style of football wasn't brilliant, I think we all quite liked.

He definitely did a very respectable job on the pitch.

We just fell short.

So it's interesting that it's new ownership there that, you know, are potentially gonna, yeah, go a new way or, or change with a, a model that works so wonderfully well under Gareth Ainsworth.

And speaking to the lads who played for him and then subsequently Matt Bloomfield, it was a unique space.

Let's not get it wrong.

The way that he ran that club from, from top to bottom, the togetherness, the, the underdog spirit, I think that you have to have really if you go and play for Wycombe even now, even though it's changing a little bit.
