Um, that night Regina calls Cady.

Um, but we see backstage Cady is starting to get secrets from Gretchen.

She's talked about how, uh, Regina's parents don't sleep in the same bed anymore, she had a nose job, so on and so forth, but none of these are quite the final nail in the coffin yet.
