uh this is like a hundred percent rye and i'm a sucker for a savory whiskey and it is amazing it's bready but it's also spicy you've got incredible casks out there um uh there's another rye that's in australia called the gospel uh that billy abbott uh the writer billy abbott i was like talking about rye whiskey and he was like you're gonna love this and sent me a bottle of that and i i've gone through a couple of bottles of that and then there's other ones that just weird niche ones that i think like in the states which they used to do uh it's called brimstone and they used to smoke the whiskey instead of smoking the raw materials they smoked the whiskey itself and it created this really interesting whiskey and i think that that's you know that's the stuff that keeps me up at night writing stuff on my notepad about how to drive that kind of things you know that's the kind of stuff i love
