I went off and I looked at it, found out more to find out who the South African agent was for it.

And I found out, as Lewin says, that it was actually an in-house product for Macro, or for Massmart rather.

And I eventually found them based in Gauteng.

And so I contacted them.

So I too would have had a very bad test left my mouth after that.

So Wendy, before we talk about your investigation, Bruce has mentioned the really crucial thing that he discovered.

This is Massmart's own brand we're talking about.

It's not like they were having to contact a supplier, a third party in another country to ask them please to be nice to our customer.

And then I founded a cybersecurity company that was acquired about 10 years ago and went on after that to be the CISO of some large brands.

So Walmart's global business, including Massmart in South Africa, and then CISO at Fidelity Investments.

And when I was at Fidelity, I took over the digital business and I really saw the intersection of cyber and AI coming together.

And it sort of energized me to come back to cyber properly.

I was basically asking you to just recount for us, I suppose, some of the facts that are associated with the case where the Constitutional Court delivered a, a judgment on the Massmart strike that took place in twenty twenty-one.

Uh, understanding of course that the strike was legal, it was lawful, but-

The strikers and picketers were not confined to the areas that were demarcated or agreed.

Uh, so at the conclusion of the, uh, uh, of the dispute then Massmart then, uh, basically, uh, lodged claims against, uh, Saccwu in terms of section-
