But Don Buck Road in Massey, which is West Auckland, kept appearing in our texts, uh, that we were receiving yesterday too.

So we thought, let's get a snapshot of what's happening there.

But for developers, for example, in Auckland, we had a guy out in Massey, which is in West Auckland.

He bought a land plot for like 600 grand out in Massey.

He's developed that into seven standalone plots townhouses yeah right well seven standalone four bedroom two bathroom double garage like good stock right good stock um but couldn't sell them oh really yeah couldn't sell them so they just stayed on the market like we rolled over with a um with a residual stock facility and obviously that eats into the margin yeah you know he's he's he's in his older years so he was keen to to get out and go and put his feet up on the beach somewhere um but yeah we do we do do

Development's a tough gig.
