And I, I took a lot of the things I learned as an EMT into know starting a business and just the things that the juggle and deal with on a daily basis here so one of the things that i learned as an emt that i believe changed my life was how to prioritize things so when you're an emt and you're on an ambulance i worked in la um as an emt i drove the ambulance first off it was crazy driving an ambulance in la which was gnarly but actually loved it i loved you know to turn on the lights and just fly down the streets um but there's a lot of car accidents in southern california So one of the things that you learn, not only as an EMT, like when you're working in the field, but also I learned this in emergency medicine, like when I worked in the ED, you have to be able to prioritize people and it's called triaging people, okay? So let's say you pull up to a MCI, mass casualty incidents, like a big car accident, a bunch of people are injured and hurt.

When you get to the car accident, you can't just treat the first person that you see, because what if the person you see You know, they just got a couple of burns or scratches or a broken arm.

And then there's someone, you know, 10 feet away from you who is bleeding out and needs immediate medical attention.

So one of the things you have to do on an MCI, mass casualty incident, and you probably have experienced this when you go to the ER.
T

You go to the ER and maybe you don't have a life-threatening thing going on.
