Oh, yeah.

Absolutely.

I mean, I think you're touching on something that's affecting our entire culture, uh, generally, is that, you know, we have a dopamine hit in our pocket like all the time, and so it's kind of like we're chasing that all the time.

But the humanity and the person-to-person has really been my whole career.

I mean, the through line of my tr- trajectory in all of my jobs has just been connecting with people, getting to know people, working with people.

How do I get this group of people to do what I'm asking them to do? And now, how can I use this group of people that I know to help me get to the place I wanna go next? Um, I completely agree.

Um, do you wanna just talk about like what it was like to work for a big company and maybe how it differed from working from like, for instance, a choir or a school?
