Mason Flesch

So when I'm trying to answer this question, I'm basically looking at who has put themselves in the conversation as a starter for Canada.

The one guy, I think, from the start of the season to the end that's put himself in that position is Mason Flesch.

That might be like, well, he's played well for the whole season.

But when you think about who's to come back for Canada, Owaru, you've got Ardron, you've got Olmsted, a lot of talented, experienced players in the loose forward.

But instead, Canada responded.

They managed to build some pressure inside Fiji's twenty two, and eventually Mason Flesch powered over at close range.

McMullan converted, and it was fourteen to seven.

Canada were back in the contest, and they started causing Fiji some real problems.

They're genuine attacking weapons.

This is where I think Canada deserve quite a lot of credit, 'cause they could have folded, but they didn't.

Kyle Tremblay scored, then Mason Flesch produced another excellent effort on his second try of the match.

Canada ultimately finished with 29 points and four tries against Fiji.

I think he would do very well in there.

Mason Flesch, Lucas Rombaud are probably the most obvious guys.

Matt O'Rourke would be another one I think could do very well over there.
