No, I, I, I think-

Like, Masahiro Sakurai is, like, maybe close, but he's so much more niche, and is, like, been kinda married to Nintendo, but just, like, a freelancer for them forever.

But, and also makes incredibly commercial products.

And it like started like dying and I'm like, "Oh, it's gonna be a Smash Brothers tease." And no, it was Kirby Air Riders.

It's so funny how like 'cause we know Sakurai loves Kirby so much as-

They just, they always start with Kirby, every Smash trailer.

So like we always see that.

Such a good trailer.

But like yes, Sakurai and Kirby are so inextricably linked that it makes sense that everybody just sees Kirby popping up in like no context and thinking like, "Oh my God, Smash is here for Switch 2." Uh, we still may be a little ways off, but it does sound like-

I think Kirby is more interesting than his games.

I think it's a great, fun character design that everyone can enjoy, and the games are what Sakurai works on between Smash Bros.

Yeah, and that's why I feel bad about the way I feel about Kirby games.

I can just say that they're not for me.

It looked like he was getting powers from link, which that would be such a cool thing, by the way, if like, I don't know, Kirby was getting powers from his things like in other worlds and they somehow connected it.

Like, I don't know, Sakurai pulled off some sort of like Super Smash Brothers or something, pulling powers from other Nintendo characters.

But he gets his sword, powers up and then strikes through the wall and it goes beyond what he thought was in his world.

It's like a Truman Show Kirby edition.

I'm just hoovering it all up, just loving it.

I, um, funny enough, just thinking about Masahiro Sakurai, like Kirby creator, the, one of the things that, that leaked for the Direct which then wasn't there was a new Smash Bros.

It's almost like the leaks, Scott, that you read are just bollocks made up by people on the internet, are you?
