Canada is the largest customer to the United States, to 26 or 27 states.

We also have a very integrated trading relationship.

So in other words, Canada doesn't just sell finished goods to the United States.

We sell inputs to you just as you do to us.

And sometimes products can go back and forth between our countries.

you know, a few times before a finished product is made.
