And to think about this too, Brent.

So we, the, the CEO of Lowe's companies, Marvin Ellison, he is a university of Memphis graduate and he actually flies some business students down to Lowe's headquarters and they meet with the C-suite and they get to see the operations.

So like if you're not in that university setting, how would you have access to those types of things? And how would you have access to know how to interview and have access to companies who come on campus and they're recruiting and hiring? It just it makes those barriers for our students who a lot of them are first generation.

And so they don't have someone say, oh, don't go to university.

You can do this on your own.

They may not know how to do that.

And so we're providing those not only the education, but the resources and opportunities to meet Marvin Ellison, a CEO of Lowe's and to meet.

And that's just one example.

But I don't know if you saw this clip.

I- it, it was some time maybe, it could've been late last year, it might be this year, but, um, the CEO of Lowe's, Marvin Ellison, did an interview or was talk- uh, or he was speaking to students or young people, it might've been a commencement, and he mentioned that in the age of AI, he would encourage young people to consider store jobs that, you know, like basically, you know, "I know my job looks amazing, but I actually think you have a better career prospect to go, if you were to go to the stores.

There's always a lot of those roles available.
