that this is not fair, but that just makes me not want to play it.

And, like, the more we get down this road of, like, tag fighters and different attempts at tag fighters, the Arxis style, like, you know, the mixture Marvel style, which is like 2XKO, their own take on Marvel style, and then, like, Invincible being KI, but also Marvel-ish.
M
41:43Maximilian DoodHOST
It's like...
M
41:44Maximilian DoodHOST
I'm really curious like what the hell does Capcom do like if Capcom comes back with a tag game I almost want to see what they do because they're the originators of this shit which is why I don't want to see tag games go away I want to see if they come back and they're like okay so we now have our own personal take on a tag fighter and they're the ones that always push the genre forward like no shit like they MVCI as many issues as it had did a ton of new shit a ton of weird ideas on a crazy shit that some of the Marvel three heads didn't like But we haven't seen anything from them in nearly 10 years now.
M
42:15Maximilian DoodHOST

As you can tell from my Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite Collectors Edition box.

This is bigger than a console, the box that I'm seeing right now on the screen.
Episode 91: Marvel's Wolverine Review
D
2:29DonnyHOST
I think we did, like, two years ago where we covered pretty much every X-Men game from the beginning up until, um...
D
2:35DonnyHOST
What was the most recent one I think we did there? Was it, uh, like, almost up to PS- Did we do X-Men Next Dimension and what? Oh, we did up to, like, Marvel Infinite.
D
2:43DeucyHOST
Yeah.

Yeah, because-

I guess for me, you know, my perspective as being, you know, self-centered American, I would want, like, Avengers Thanos in a game.
B
6:49Brian FHOST
Because MVCI came out, they did classic Thanos from the comics, and that design is just...
B
6:54Brian FHOST
It's cool for what it is, but it feels dated.
B
6:57Brian FHOST
Like, MVCI Thanos, like, was dated to me.
B
6:59Brian FHOST
Because I-

I

Well, and one, one other thing I wanna say, I think tag fighters have so much, like, depth because just, like, tagging.
I
43:22iDomHOST
Like Marvel Infinite is actually one of my favorite games to lab, but it's, like, one of my least favorite games to actually have to play, which doesn't really make any sense.
I
43:30iDomHOST
So it's...
I
43:31iDomHOST
I, I think tag fighters have that just going forward in general.
Fist Fighting and Sky Dancing
L
55:06Loki JarsonHOST
Some of them are really fucking good, like Storm and Magik.
L
55:09Loki JarsonHOST
But, uh, couple that with the people who are making this, 'cause that was always my problem is like, like if Capcom had just brought back Marvel versus Capcom, you know, a redemption from Infinite, you know, made MVC4, it's like that would've sold a, a shit ton.
L
55:25Loki JarsonHOST
And the, and the, uh, the, the RE engine, it's like that'd been fucking great, and Capcom should get back into that instead of putting all their chips into just, just Street Fighter.
L
55:33Loki JarsonHOST
But no, they gave it to the...
