Marty Jackley

Our candidates tonight are vying for South Dakota's lone seat in the US House of Representatives.

The Republican candidate is South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley.

The Democratic candidate is small business owner and former state USDA Rural Development lead Nikki Gronley.

Here are the rules of engagement tonight.

Mr. Jackley, your one-minute opening statement.

Thank you, Jackie.

I'm Marty Jackley, and my roots run deep in South Dakota.

Being raised in Sturgis, a small town, I learned my values, my faith, and my principles.

And since then, I mean, the governor said he's going to support the ticket.

Marty Jackley said, you know, he endorsed you.

I guess I didn't ask Don Hager where he's at, the PUC candidate for the nominee for the party, but I'd imagine, I would imagine he would say he's going to support you.

I'll speak for Don there, potentially.

her own campaign.

That thing's bigger than Marty Jackley's fundraiser.

Look at the names on that thing.

Huge, huge.

Well, sure.

Everybody runs ads with Trump because you have to kiss the Supreme Leader's ring right now or otherwise you can't win.

See Marty Jackley.

But like.
