Wow.

I'd been on it for three years, and I had convinced my producer and friend, Marty Bowen, to let me direct one of my scripts that was at Paramount, and I had to re-pitch, and it was a whole thing, and they said yes.

Jeremy Kramer said yes, and it was going to be at Paramount Players.

And I was like, oh my God, so the Grease prequel is going to be made.

The premiere will take place on Wednesday, September 16th at First Bank Amphitheater, located at 4525 Greystone Quarry Lane.

Pitt is expected to attend the Tennessee premiere along with director David Ayer and producers Marty Bowen and Olivia Hamilton, according to Page Six.

The outlet reports Pitt specifically wanted an outdoor venue in Middle America rather than a traditional Hollywood or New York premiere location.

I think I was still really exploring and, and I said, "Then let me direct my movie," and it was this rom-com that was also at Paramount.

I mean, on Scrambled we kind of got this, it was like the best of both worlds.

I was prepared to make it really small, and we started raising some money.

Marty was helping, Marty Bowen, my friend and mentor.

And, um, I had amazing producers on it, Gillian and Jonathan Levine, Megamix, who just were ready to make it small.

Phenomenal cast.
