And that was confirmed by the Grenfell Tower Phase 2 report published by Sir Martin Moore Bick in 2024.

So in 2017, we had the catastrophe of Grenfell Tower, which sadly led to the loss of life of 72 innocent people.

And we can see the regulatory changes that have occurred since 2017, which aim to close the gap in terms of that misunderstanding that led to those loss of life.
