In Nepal, the fourth major airlift of emergency aid from China has arrived in Kathmandu to support ongoing operations in the disaster hit areas.

Delivering vital assistance to communities hit hardest by the floods, a Chinese heavy lift transport aircraft touches down at Kathmandu Airport, carrying a fresh shipment of critical rescue and relief equipment.

It's the fourth major airlift China has sent to Nepal to support rescue and recovery efforts following devastating floods that have claimed more than 1,300 lives and left 5,000 people missing.

While businesses in the disaster zone are facing huge losses, many areas are still functioning as normal.
