Robbie CardwellGUEST
Yeah.
Billy StrachanHOST
So yeah, again, that pasture's new and just seeing, seeing other places and maybe meeting old friends like Martin Kirby, wrestled him again more recently-
Robbie CardwellGUEST
Yeah
Billy StrachanHOST
... as well after, after last time.
1 HR 1 MIN LATER
Billy StrachanHOST
Uh, I'm sure there's a million other things that we haven't...
Billy StrachanHOST
Oh, um, right, one more thing, and then we'll get into the, the stuff, and I'll let you go, uh, for, for once.
Billy StrachanHOST
Is, um, we talked about Martin Kirby near the start, and I had a note down that you wrestled him again.
Billy StrachanHOST
So, I, I often like asking people if they've got opponents that they've had big gaps in wrestling, um, but your, how you felt like you've grown in that time.
Bolton JJHOST
[laughs]
BraddersHOST
Uh, until he got closer to the ring and it was just Martin Kirby wearing a lot of caution tape.
Bolton JJHOST
Indeed.
Bolton JJHOST
Aye.
Fiona LochranHOST
We've also got, I think she's on a six-man tag alongside BT Gunn and Kez Evans, which will be great.
Fiona LochranHOST
We've got, who else have we got? I can't even, we've got Tim Strange on the card, we've got Martin Kirby, a whole host of fabulous matches.
Fiona LochranHOST
So really, really looking forward to that one on Saturday.
Fiona LochranHOST
That's going to be a ton of fun.
AndyGUEST
And you'd be like, "There's, there's, there's a guy in a, in a Kane mask that he's bought from the value shop for 50p or something." And it's kind of like, "I've just paid 12 quid for this.
AndyGUEST
What the hell am I watching?" And all right, a couple of guys, you know, like Martin Kirby, got their start in that because everybody had to start somewhere, and a couple of guys did-
NickHOST
Yeah
AndyGUEST
... start coming through that.
Billy StrachanHOST
Uh, I was looking through to see who else you'd been teaming with during that, that, just your time as, as a wrestler, as Jimmy Tea specifically.
Billy StrachanHOST
The likes of Martin Kirby-
Johnny ProphetGUEST
Yes
Billy StrachanHOST
... uh, DCT, you know, just these guys that have, have done it all, seen it all, and have been able to, uh, add a bit of flair at any show.
Adam WilbournHOST
Yeah.
Michael HamflettHOST
Uh, Tim Strange, a guy that still wrestles Martin Kirby.
Michael HamflettHOST
Other names like this, um, saw Pac have a wonderful match with, uh, a guy called Harry Payne.
Michael HamflettHOST
Uh, Lewis House, also formerly of this parish-
Fiona LochranHOST
There's some huge matches.
Fiona LochranHOST
And probably the one that I'm looking forward to most is going to be BT Gunn versus Martin Kirby,
Elijah BurkeSOUNDBITE_SPEAKER
which is phenomenal.
Fiona LochranHOST
So looking forward to that.
NickHOST
Again, it's just, like I say, it's just nice sometimes when you get a match like this and you've got no idea, especially in a triple threat as well, because sometimes you can go into a triple threat and be like, oh, they're just there to hit the pin for.
NickHOST
But in this one, yeah, so then all three guys... are worthy champions all three guys can hold that belt can you know look good holding that belt Sammy's defended against Isaac North during his run Gung Ho defended it against Martin Kirby Jack Bandicoot as I mentioned Billy's held it you know defended it against Paul Hubris Brady Phillips all three guys have defended the belt against the best of the best when they held it so they are all incredible champions um so yeah and this match was incredible i said i've picked up the previous match um this match was better this match far exceeded the previous one uh the other one is still a great match but man this one had just more levels to it you know Billy getting attacked halfway through by a masked person.
NickHOST
I love a masked
Ian BakerGUEST
man running into the ring.
