So this is Quercus vitrea from the Zeppelin Mountains in in Hungary and that then went to a bodega in Spain was used for all oral so sherry and it's a 300 litre cask and that's it after maturation and then if you like something a little bit different more fortified wine this is a Marsala cask released so this is a Marsala Virginia so it's a bone dry Marsala from from Sicily, and that bone-dry masala works particularly well with their spirit.
