What was appealing from our end on the ASC side and maybe taking it deeper than more of a referral type partnership?

Yeah, I think to answer that, we kind of give a quick history on when we started, our products were all about making it easier for shops to recruit and hire technicians, experienced and entry level.

we quickly realized we can have the best program in the world.

There's just not enough of them out there.

So we're kind of moving the deck chairs around and that doesn't help anything really.

And so our mission quickly became promote and improve technician careers.

I think, I mean, this was now my third software startup and I've, Never tried to reinvent the wheel or anything, but I look at it more as kind of filling in gaps that exist.
