On a much more positive note, we discussed as part of our meetings potential expansion around Las Vegas and Seattle, gave reports on that topic.

continued discussions around NBA Europe, which to me are a historic opportunity to potentially build on amazing traditions of european basketball currently in in the euro league and and various country leagues but to now bring that uh... to the next level creating a combination of new clubs and existing clubs into uh...

Uh, he just was named, I think, earlier this year.

Um, uh, and, um, so-- And he has basically said, "I am open to working with the NBA, uh, but we could go it alone." And Adam Silver and Mark Tatum have basically said the same thing, "We could work with EuroLeague, or we could go it alone." And so in the coming weeks here, maybe coming days, um, there's basically probably going to be a decision about whether there's going to be a marriage or a battle.

It may be somebody that we've all heard of that fits nicely.

I don't know if the deputy commissioner of the NBA would wanna m- step over to the WNBA from that standpoint.

The only reason I would want that is because Cornell's reign of commissioners across major league sports would be ever increased.

We already have a few, and then you add Mark Tatum, and we're really dominating the entire ecosystem.

Uh, but I think choosing a man, regardless of experience, would be a tough look after all the conversation about how Cathy didn't properly feel like a representative of the league she was in charge of.

But from the outside looking in, the WNBA seems to need a commissioner who can get things under control.

This league needs a leader, not another babysitter, which leads me to Mark Tatum, the only candidate on the list who's infected with the disease of toxic masculinity.

Mark Tatum was the interim president of the WNBA 10 or so years ago.

He is currently the deputy commissioner and COO of the NBA.

Now, many believe that Mark Tatum would essentially be an extension of Adam Silver.

And based on how much Adam Silver has improved as NBA commissioner, that's probably a good thing.

Outside of Mark Tatum, I don't see anyone else on this list who's an outsider.

Uncle KC, Cathy Engelbert was an outsider, and her performance as WNBA commissioner has been a flaming ass fire.
