The second thing, then you could say, "Well, what if you bring in a new president? Doesn't that change the equation?" The way our foundation works with our kind of, uh, delegated authority from our board and our CEO is they are very bought in to this.

And by they, I mean Mark Suzman, our CEO, and Bill, our board chair.

And so it's not like they're just gonna change their mind on some of this stuff too.

And in fact, in the search process, we are looking for people with full clarity about what the strategy is.
