So what are you automating and what are the parts where humans remain, where the product councils remain?

Yeah.

So we found a lot of wins automating by providing self-help resources and, again, providing the types of guardrails in place that are a bit more technical solutions.

So these could be things like frameworks that we provide or even prompts that we provide our product teams so that they can incorporate the legal guidance as they're building things out.

The thing that stays human is the judgment at each gate.

So the guardrails don't replace the lawyer, they route to one.

So a lot of these frameworks that we put in place map to our risk matrix as a company and say, before you proceed here, please make sure you talk to a lawyer.

So what percent of your time is also training folks on how to use these tools that you've built for them, so that they can speed up their process?

Um, is, is there, is there cause for concern among legal tech vendors?

Uh, I understand the concern.

I, I've also heard from a lot of vendors about how Anthropic and, and our models have helped accelerate their businesses.

Uh, so I think there's a lot of opportunity here.

Um, so, uh, there's a ton of investment in this space right now, and I think, uh, given everything we've just described, what an exciting moment, uh, where technology's transforming the AI and legal industry together.

And I think these models are just gonna unlock a lot of new types of tools, uh, to, to make legal services better.

I think client services are gonna improve.

It's dog years at this point, so.
