Mark Morris

It's it's very hard to find.

It has been staged by like Mark Morris and Robert Wilson.

But.

The thing that I think most people might recognize from this is the line, pigeons on the grass, alas.

And I still feel, you know, when I first came to New York, if you were a modern dancer, you wouldn't think of taking a ballet class and vice versa.

And then we had that whole period where we had the crossover choreographers and Mark Morris was working and blah, blah, blah.

And, you know, Garth Pagan came in.

And so we kind of did this meld thing.

This was actually an inspiration for Sienna and Paulina.

This is a Mark Morris dance called Drink to Me with Thine Eyes Only.

On what company?

Well, this is, I think, a picture of Houston Ballet, but it's an ABT dance.

How can I kick in another gear in the bass drum, in the snare drum, even just in the groove in general, just to make the audience move a little bit more? I recommend it.

If anybody has the opportunity to do it, like I would say more in the contemporary side of things, that would be like Merce Cunningham classes or Martha Graham, Mark Morris classes, things like that.

Alvin Ailey for sure.
