But it's very, very rare.

What was the situation here in Ontario? Well, we've learned since this became an issue, and from people like Mark Mendelson who worked as a police officer, how often when somebody breaches bail does the surety who was supposed to put up the money that it will cost to go chase this person around actually have to pay the money? Just a smidgen short of never.

Never.

So you and I wouldn't know that, 'cause we don't have family members we have to bail out.
